Class Descriptions

  • Core Yoga

    This yoga class focuses on our biggest weak spot, the core! Core yoga helps develop core strength and flexibility. You will notice a difference in just a few weeks!

  • Gentle Yoga

    This slower-paced class is perfect for those with mobility issues & beginners. It strengthens & stretches muscles, gaining flexibility, and range of motion while being easy on the joints. The instructor modifies for the individual, leaving everyone feeling relaxed and recharged.

  • Iron Yoga

    Combination of yoga inspired movements and free weights for increased muscle endurance while building strength, stamina, and flexibility. (Free weights in 2, 3, & 5lb and also optional!)

  • Pilates Barre

    JThis new class is a great workout for all levels! This fat- burning, low impact workout will work the major muscle groups giving you a toned, longer, leaner physique!

  • PiYo

    This unique blend of Pilates & Yoga is designed to build strength, gain flexibility and conditioning. Try it once and you’ll be hooked!

    This class is great for people of all shapes & sizes, incorporating dance & martial arts with great music connecting the body, mind, & spirit.


  • Restorative Yoga

    A form of active therapeutic relaxation that uses props and blankets to modify traditional yoga poses. This class works to heal the effects of stress and will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and renewed.

  • Slow Flow

    Take it slow with this gentle and basic approach to Vinyasa yoga. This class with its longer holds and more grounding postures is a nice place for beginners, or athletes who need to slow down. This class will concentrate on the basic postures, hip openers, forward folds and restorative stretching to release stress.

  • Therapeutic Yoga

    This class is perfect for beginners, people who are recovering or living with injury or illness. It’s the perfect blend of restorative, gentle, breathing, & guided meditation.

  • Total Body

    An awesome multi level class that works the entire body. Burn calories, tone, & strengthen from head to toe at whatever level you are!

  • Total Body Yoga

    This class is a perfect way to end your Total Body class or start your day. It’s simple, it’s easy, it’s for everyone. It’s a total body stretch!!

  • Tummy & Butt

    Tummy & butt, not a girls best asset after kids. This 45 minute class works the core & glutes to the max to achieve a little less jiggle!

  • Turbo Kick

    An exciting combo of kickboxing and dance moves all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music. It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that’s a unique blend of intense intervals strength/endurance training, and a relaxing cool-down.

  • Yin Yang Yoga

    The first half of class will focus on releasing tensions in the connective tissues and joints with stretches held for 1-3 minutes. The second half of class moves into a slow and modified series of Sun A and Sun B salutations, followed by a restful savasana. Perfect for beginners or to balance the effects of more active forms of yoga and exercise.

  • Family Yoga

    Fitness & family fun includes stories, games, partner poses, and quality time together! Perfect for everyone in your family ages 1-100!

  • Mommy & Me

    This class is great for moms & babies and/or toddlers. We play, we yoga, we even do a little savasana. Please feel free to bring your playgroups or mommy friends for added fun! Be sure to RSVP so we can customize your class!

  • Preteen Yoga Ages 8-13 years

    Older kiddos can benefit from this class by gaining self confidence, strength, flexibility, & balance. Preteens can learn to relieve stress and body tension incorporating fun & fitness.

  • Kid Fit

    Ages 4 and up. This class is the perfect mix of cardio, endurance, strength training, and yoga for the kids.

  • Kid Yoga Ages 4 and up

    These classes are filled with silly songs, games, stories, and animated yoga poses. The class is a fun & creative way to help develop fine and gross motor skills, while improving strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness.

    Zumbatomics for kids is a fun way to exercise, teaching dance, coordination, & self-confidence.

  • Preschool Play Ages 3-5

    This 3 hour class is filled with lots of fun & silliness! Stories, yoga, games, snacks and music specifically designed for the little ones! Pack a lunch.**not included in your class pass.**

  • Tween Total Body

    New class for the tweeners! A great, fun mix or cardio intervals, strength training (using only their own body weight), and yoga! Great class for athletes who want to build strength & stamina or those who just need a fun exercise routine!
