A customized yoga session working the key muscles for any of the following sports: baseball, basketball, football, golf, martial arts, running, soccer, swimming, and tennis will be designed for your sports team in an age appropriate practice.

Sports Team Packages
Each package consists of customized one hour workouts using stretches, strength training, and balance & breathing techniques designed for your sport, age group, and needs.
• One workout for your whole team per season - $95
• 5 workouts per season - $80 a session
• Twice a month workouts throughout season - $65 a session
• Once a week for entire season - $50 a session
